Booking and payment

• The booking can be made by phone, WhatsApp or through the website.
• When your booking is approved, you'll receive a message from us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
• The booking will be confirmed upon the payment made through the provided payment method.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation or any changes can be made no later than 24 hours before the booking time.
• If you have not rescheduled or canceled your appointment 24 hours before, you may be charged up to the full session(s) price according to your booked time.

Safety rules

• No throwing rubbish over the boat.
• Riding without life vests is prohibited.
• Children under 14 years old are always welcomed on board, but allowed to wakesurf only with personal coach.
• At least 2 crew members will always stay with you on the boat.
• No swimming while someone else is riding.
